4 WEEK AT HOME PROGRAM
This is a 4-week At Home program designed to build your foundation in areas of endurance, total body strength, and overall fitness.

During the 4-weeks, you will gradually build from week to week just like building a new home.
Week 1 is all about laying the foundation by starting a workout new routine and making minor changes to your eating habits.
Week 2 is the building phase in which you will focus on building confidence by having a plan for each workout and understanding how to perform each exercise to the best of your ability.
Week 3 is the assessment phase in which you are to assess which areas you are doing well and not so well and make the necessary adjustments to stay on track.
Week 4 is focused on growth and taking everything you learned from the previous three weeks and turning those things into a habit.
At home Equipment: Majority of workouts can be done with only bodyweight, but resistance bands are required for some workouts throughout the weeks
