DAILY NUTRITION TIPS
Carbs you should eat: Complex carbs
Veggies (mostly green/leafy)
Broccoli, Spinach, Lettuce, Asparagus, KalE
Beans/Legumes (pinto, black, kidney)
100% Whole-grain Breads
Brown Rice
Proteins you should eat: Lean proteins
Free Range/Organic Chicken Breast
Wild Caught Salmon
Pastured Raised Eggs or Egg Whites
Grass Fed Beef
Pork Loin
Turkey
Healthy fats you can eat:
Avocados
Nuts (almonds, peanuts, etc.)
Raw and unsalted
Flax seeds and oil
Coconut Oil
Fruits you should eat:
Fresh or Frozen Berries (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, etc.)
Have less sugar compared to other fruits
Occasionally apple or banana
Buy bananas that are a little green because they have less sugar
Additional Nutrition Tips:
Limit sugar and fruit juice intake
Keep processed food intake to a minimal
Avocado & Coconut oil is best for cooking
Try to eat 3-5 meals per day
Ex. 3 smaller meals and 2 snacks
Be sure to get enough sleep at night
6-8 hrs
Sub out cow milk for Almond milk
Drink plenty of water daily (minimum half your body weight )
